Berk İlhan is a New York–based, award-winning designer working across product design, immersive experiences, and brand storytelling. Guided by themes of human connection, playfulness, and wonder, he creates projects that merge design and performance across both physical and digital realms.
He has developed projects for clients including Bose, Soho House, Puma, KLM, Paşabahçe, BBDO, JWT, and Droga5, with outcomes spanning technological innovations (consumer electronics, service robots, medical IoT systems, connected products), collectible design (objects, furniture, glassware), and immersive experiences (interactive installations, brand environments, and large-scale spatial storytelling).
His work has been exhibited internationally at Kunsthal KAdE (Netherlands), Showfields (New York), Raw Pop Up Art Basel Miami Week, Dubai Design Week, Contemporary Istanbul and ArtAnkara. İlhan’s projects have received more than 30 international awards, including the Red Dot Best of the Best, Fast Company Innovation Award, iF, Cannes Lions and IDA. He is also the creator of Mürror, an interactive mirror that uses the power of a smile to spark joy and self-connection.
İlhan holds an MFA in Products of Design from the School of Visual Arts in New York and a BFA in Industrial Design from Middle East Technical University in Ankara. He lives and works in New York.
